Tim Crawford – Corporate President
Tim Crawford is the founder of Citiline Resortline Companies. Mr. Crawford has over a decade of real estate development experience. Mr. Crawford holds a masters degree in Real Estate Development with an advanced education in business and management. In addition to his work in North Carolina, Mr. Crawford worked with Disney on the much heralded traditional neighborhood and new town of Celebration, Florida. He also worked on the development of a 550+ acre New Town just outside of Charlotte, NC. Over the course of his career, Mr. Crawford has developed nearly two dozen projects including lakefront properties, urban infill sites, residential communities, and mixed use master planned communities. As President of Development, Mr. Crawford is responsible for overseeing the master planning of development, corporate finance, and marketing of all CRDC projects.

Todd Bolyard – President of Construction
Todd Bolyard is President of Construction for the firm’s vertically integrated construction company. Mr. Bolyard has over 12 years of experience in constructing, and is a veteran construction entrepreneur and a licensed general contractor. Mr. Bolyard has specialized in single family and multi-family projects and has worked with two high-execution and high-detail firms, Urban Ventures Development Corporation and Pfhal Companies.

Dan Wendover – Vice President of Development
Dan Wendover is the Vice President of Development for CRDC. Mr. Wendover has over 20 years experience as an architect and in real estate. Mr. Wendover began his career designing creative residential real estate projects. After moving to Charlotte he was President of the Operations Center division at Little & Associates, Architects, and responsible for mission critical facilities for First Union, Bank of America, Carolinas Healthcare Group, and The Vanguard Group. Later with Crosland, he was also responsible for the development of Birkdale Village, an award winning mixed-use town center project.

Todd Wolfram – Senior Business Advisor
Todd Wolfram is the Senior Business Advisor for CRDC. As Senior Business Advisor, Mr. Wolfram is responsible for designing and implementing strategic and business planning for CRDC. Prior to joining CRDC, Mr. Wolfram worked as Director of Business Affairs for the marketing and licensing division of NASCAR where he helped implement some of the most successful programs in the history of the company and helped achieve record growth for the sport. Prior to NASCAR Mr. Wolfram worked at Bank of America as Vice President of Finance.

Joe Nesseler – Development Manager Charlotte
Joe Nesseler has the unique combination of construction experience and an education focused on finance, management, and real estate. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Economics, Mr. Nesseler worked for Clark Construction, a large general contractor in Washington D.C., where he was a member of a project team that completed 2 mid-rise urban residential buildings. Two years later he left to help run his family’s business where he acquired skills and knowledge in the operation of a small business and office condo development. Mr. Nesseler serves as a Development Manager for CRDC and manages urban infill projects in Charlotte.

Caroline Comer – Development Manager Charlotte
Caroline Comer joined CRDC as a Development Manager with a Marketing Specialization. Prior to joining CRDC, Ms. Comer worked for an urban infill residential developer as a project manager and financial analyst in Charlotte. Ms. Comer has prior experience on residential development projects in center city and surrounding areas such as First Ward, Plaza Midwood, and Wesley Heights. She also has experience in public accounting, specializing in Facilities.

John Evans - Director of Acquisitions – Austin, TX
John Evans is the Director of Acquisitions for our Austin office. Mr. Evans holds a masters degree in real estate development and is responsible for land acquisition for our vertical development projects in Austin. He has over a decade of experience in land acquisition for the oil and gas industry where he was retained by numerous exploration companies to identify and secure prospect sites for subsurface development. His experience in identifying sites and negotiating with individual landowners involving contractual agreements provides a needed asset to the company. Having lived in the Austin area on and off for 30 years, John provides a greater understanding of the market as well as both historic and future growth areas.

Karen Crane – Business Manager
Karen Thies Crane is the Business Manager for CRDC. As Business Manager, Ms. Crane maintains the accounting functions for the company, processes loans and performs financial tasks related to projects and corporate overhead. Prior to joining Citiline Resortline Companies, Ms. Crane worked in accounting and financial roles in the construction field.
